Multiple Teams · Seniors Continuing Athletic Careers in College

On Friday Afternoon, the Padua Athletic Department held a Signing Ceremony for Some of the Seniors who will be continuing the Athletic Careers in the collegiate level.  Due to the number of Seniors, we will be hosting two signing days.  Below are the Bio’s of those Seniors who have chosen to continue their Athletic Careers from Friday:

Jonathan Barna will become a Laker of Mercyhurst University this coming fall when he steps on to the Football Field.  Johnny will be majoring in Accounting or Finance when he is not on the Football Field and speaking of Football Fields, his favorite Padua Memory is when the Football Team beat Walsh Jesuit this year on Walsh’s Home Field!

Andrew Clemente will be going down the road to John Carroll University this fall as he will become a Blue Streak on the Football Field and in the Classroom.  Mr. Clemente will be majoring in Financing and like his teammate Johnny, Andrew enjoyed beating Walsh in Football on their Home Field.

Jake Penko will be attending one of the most famous Division III Universities for Football as he is becoming a Purple Raider of the University of Mount Union. As Civil Engineering Major, Jake will look forward to getting back out on to the Football Field once he is done with his class load.  Just like Andrew and Johnny, beating Walsh at Walsh was the Highlight of his career.

Jacob Creadon will be attending Baldwin Wallace College in the Fall to participate in Boys Basketball.  As a member of the Yellow Jackets, Jake is looking to tune his skills on the court and also in the classroom.  One of Jake’s fondest memory’s is when he assisted in defeating Benedictine High School this past season in a nail bitter with the final score of 74-72.

Alexander Ludwick will also be attending Baldwin Wallace College in the Fall and he will be participating in Baseball.  As a Business and Communications Major, Alex is looking forwarding to make memories on the Baseball Field just like the memories he shares with his fellow Baseball and Football Teammates of Beating Walsh at Walsh in Both Baseball and Football.

Bryce Carmichael will be attending John Caroll University this Fall and he will be participating in their Wrestling Program. A Business Major, Bryce is anxious to be planning Business proposals and also planning how to take down his next opponent as a Blue Streak.

Kyle Wisniewski will be attending Shawnee State University in the Fall and will be representing the Grey and Navy Bears as their Pitcher.  The Marketing Major, Kyle looks to market his skills in the classroom and on the pitchers mound. Kyle’s Fondest Memory as a Bruin is when he pitched a one hit shutout in the District Final last Baseball Season.

Congratulations to the Athletes above and their Families on this tremendous accomplishment!
