Padua Athletic Department announces ticket policy for Fall Sports season

Due to the Governor’s order to limit the number of spectators at high school sporting events, the Athletic Department has determined the following ticket policy to allow immediate family members (mostly parents of a student-athlete) to attend their child’s contest.  Parents of student-athletes will receive a certain number of tickets for home athletic contests this season and we will be using tickets for all events (including some JV and Freshman contests with no admission charge).

The Athletic Department has contracted with Home Town Ticketing to provide online tickets for parents this season.  Tickets for events will be available on Padua’s athletic website under the MORE tab and click on the link for the ticket page.  Here’s the direct link to the ticket page on the website: (https://paduabruins.com/purchase-tickets-for-padua-home-athletic-events-online/)

There will NOT be any general admission tickets available for any home Varsity Football and all home Volleyball matches.  Events will be posted approximately one week prior to the date of the contest, since schedules are still changing.  There is a maximum number of tickets allowed per parent/family of the student-athlete and parents will receive passcodes to purchase tickets online.

In order to maintain a safe environment which complies with the Governor’s order, there will be additional changes to past practices at Padua home athletic events.

Our ticket prices for Varsity and JV contests (with the exception of JV football which is no charge) will be $5 for adults and $3 for students grades K-12 and senior citizens for all fall sports.  Freshmen contests will be no charge.  JV football and Freshmen contests will still require admission tickets which can be redeemed at no charge for parents.  Parents with children who are not attending school (under age of 5 or 6) can bring their child at no cost and not use a ticket, but those children must sit with the parent throughout the contest.

There will NOT be any student cheering sections this fall season.  Padua students will NOT be allowed to attend home contests with their student ID for free this fall season, unless the Padua student purchases a ticket from the assigned tickets provided to parents of participants for home athletic contests.  The Padua student must attend and sit with the parent of the participant of that contest.  Alumni passes will also NOT be accepted for home games this fall season.

The Athletic Department will contact all families involved in each sport to provide ticketing information prior to each contest, along with the safety protocols for the event.
