The Padua Volleyball team won a thriller last night in five sets at Elyria Catholic, 25-17, 25-20, 23-25, 20-25, 16-14. The Bruins improve to 3-6 on the season with the victory.
Amber Zver led the Bruins with 22 kills and added 3 aces with 18 digs.
Kaley Jablonski added 19 kills and
Sophia Sidon had 15 kills in the winning effort.
Ali Bradford (32 assists) and
Madelyn Kocmit (31 assists) ran the offense for the Bruins and
Giulia Reginelli added 22 digs to led the defense.
Padua heads to Louisville, KY this weekend to compete in the LIVT tournament. The Bruins take on Clearwater Central Catholic from Florida and St. Ursula Academy from Cincinnati tonight starting at 6:30pm
