The Padua Football team will travel to Columbus this Friday to take on the Big Walnut Eagles. Kickoff is scheduled for 7pm at Big Walnut High School Stadium. The Bruins are looking to rebound from last week's loss to Elyria Catholic. The Eagles are looking to extend their win streak and improve their 4-1 record. This is the first game between both schools.

Individual game tickets are available in the link above, plus cash is accepted at the gate. Adult tickets are $8 and Student tickets are $5. Gates will open at 5:30pm.
PARKING: Parking is available on campus at Big Walnut High School (see campus map).
VENUE GUIDELINES: Big Walnut School District asks for all parents, students and spectators to follow their sportsmanship and venue guidelines at their home events.
Parents/Spectators, by their behaviors and reactions, play an important role in their school's reputation for sportsmanship. Everyone should be reminded and should keep in mind that athletes are friendly rivals as members of opposing amateur teams. They are expected to be treated as such. Parents/Spectators should be reminded, too, that the contest should be between the teams engaged in the competition and not between their supporters. Everyone must embrace the following:

Know and demonstrate the fundamentals of sportsmanship.

Respect, cooperate, and respond enthusiastically to the cheerleaders, coaches, and athletes of all teams.

Censure fellow spectators whose behavior is inappropriate.

Be positive toward players and coaches regardless of the outcome of the contest.

Respect the judgment and professionalism of the officials and coaches.
Spectators/Parents/Fans are to refrain from inappropriate behaviors:

Verbal/physical abuse of officials and coaches.

Berating players, coaches, officials, or other spectators through chants, signs, and/or cheers.

Interrupting a contest through behaviors such as throwing objects on the playing area, entering the playing area, and/or disruptive behavior.
Football Friday nights will have a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy. No book bags or large bags are permitted inside the stadium. The sale of, distribution of, or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs is not permitted at the site of any contest involving OHSAA member schools.
LIVESTREAM: Friday's game will be live streamed through the NFHS Network (which requires a paid subscription): BIG WALNUT NFHS NETWORK.
The game will also be streamed live for free through the OH REPORT YouTube site with the broadcast starting around 6:30pm.
CONCESSIONS: The Big Walnut Athletic Boosters' concession stand will be open on Friday night. The concession stand offers a variety of refreshments, including Pepsi products, hot dogs, pizza, and other food items. By purchasing from the concession stand, you'll support the Big Walnut Athletic Boosters, who play a vital role in supporting our school's athletic programs. FRESHMAN/JV GAMES: The Freshman and JV football teams will play at Padua Stadium this week against VASJ. The Freshman game is scheduled for Thursday, Sept 25 at 5pm and the JV game will kickoff on Saturday, Sept 27 at 10am. There is no admission for these games but we will have concessions available. Both games will be live streamed through our Hudl TV site (PADUA HUDL TV)
