Hockey defeats Holy Name in Freeze Out Cancer game

The Hockey team defeated Holy Name 7-0 on Thursday night in their Freeze Out Cancer game.  The Bruins improve to 14-10-5 on the season and 4-2 in league play with the victory.

The Bruins were led by Brandt Boomsma with 2 goals, with Jackson Hicks, Brayden Miller, Liam Crawford, David Jablonski and Logan Zwiener also scoring for Padua.  Sean Nugent earned the shutout victory in goal with 19 saves.  

Padua returns to action on Saturday when they host Walsh Jesuit at BAM Arena.
