The Girls Bowling team competed in the OHSAA Sectional tournament on Sunday and finished in 4th place to qualify for the District tournament next Monday. 

The Girls team totaled 2376 pins after their individual games then averaged 155 for their baker games to finish with a team total of 3308 to beat out Magnificat for the final spot in the District tourney. 

Olivia Hanna led the way with a 571 series, followed by Layla McQuaid (541), Audrey Szwec (439), Maria Shrefler (432) and Emily Hines (393).

The Bruins advance to next Monday's OHSAA District tournament at Rebman Lanes in Lorain.
