The Softball team won their first game of the season in dramatic fashion with a 5-4 victory over East Carter (KY) in walk-off fashion.  Alex Camarati hit into a fielder's choice that scored the game winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning. 

Camarati led the way for the Bruins with two hits and two RBI's including the game winner, plus she pitched 6 innings allowing just one earned run and 4 hits.  Julia Ezzie also had two hits with a run scored and two RBI's.  

Padua improves to 1-1 on the season and continues their spring trip with a doubleheader on Tuesday against Strasburg Franklin & Moniteau Senior (PA).
