The Boys Lacrosse team defeated CVCA 13-7 on Tuesday night to improve to 2-0 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.
Trey Gasparro scored two goals early in the first quarter to reach 100 career goals in his career, then continued to lead the attack scoring 9 goals in the victory. Cole Von Der Vellen added 2 goals, with
Ryan Franko and
David Jablonski adding goals to round out the scoring.
Jackson Hicks earned the victory in goal with 8 saves and
Brayden Miller had a big day winning 18 of 22 faceoffs for the Bruins.
Padua returns to action on Thursday when they travel to Mentor to take on the Cardinals.
