The Track & Field team competed in the OHSAA District meet at Amherst Steele HS and the following athletes finished in the top 4 to qualify for the OHSAA Regional meet this week:

• Allison Krayzel (2nd place 800m)
• Madison Dombrowski (3rd place Discus)
• Girls 4x200 Relay (4th place; Sophia Yonan, Gisella Trunzo, Smilla Cohagan, Darlene Jaidah)
• Girls 4x400 Relay (2nd place; Darlene Jaidah, Allison Krayzel, Sophia Yonan, Smilla Cohagan)

The following Bruins also placed at the District meet finishing in the top 8: Madison Dombrowski (7th-Shot Put, 8th-High Jump), Justin Ocilka (7th-High Jump), Arianna Codispoti (8th-1600m), Kayla Vance (8th place Discus), Girls 4x100 Relay (8th place; Sophia Yonan, Olivia Shay, Nina Srbinoski, Smilla Cohagan).

The OHSAA Regional meet begins on Wednesday at North Royalton and wraps up on Friday with top 5 finishers advancing to the OHSAA State meet.
