The Padua Football team will take on the Benedictine Bengals on Friday, August 28, in a week 2 matchup. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 pm at Brooklyn Memorial Stadium. The Bruins look to bounce back from their week 1 loss to South Range while the Bengals are coming off a week one victory over Gilmour. This will be the 20th game between the two schools with Benedictine holding a 13-6 record over the Bruins.
LOCATION: Brooklyn Memorial Stadium (4500 Hurricane Alley, Brooklyn, OH 44144)
TICKETS: Tickets can be purchased online through the Benedictine website: TICKETS
Tickets are available online, plus they can be purchased at the gate with cash, credit and debit cards. Ticket prices are as follows: Adult tickets are $10, Senior Citizen (60+) tickets are $5 cash at the gate, HS student tickets are $5 cash at the gate, and Grade school and younger students are admitted free. Ticket prices do not include fees for online or card purchases.
GATES: There will be two gates available for spectators at Brooklyn Memorial Stadium, one on the home side and one on the visitor side. The home side will accept cash and card for tickets. The visitor side will only accept cash. Both sides will be able to scan tickets purchased ahead of game time.
PARKING: Ample parking is available around the stadium and along nearby neighborhood streets. Fans are encouraged to enter Hurricane Alley via Ridge Road for convenient access. NO parking on the grass. Additional parking is available on side streets across from Roadoan Road.
LIVESTREAM: The game will be live streamed on the Benedictine broadcast network (BSBN)
CONCESSIONS: The concession stand, located on both sides of the stadium, will be open and operated by the Brooklyn High School Athletic Booster Club.
JV GAME: The JV football team will play at Padua Stadium on Sat, August 29 at 10am. There is no admission for the JV game. Concessions will be available.
WEEK 3 PREVIEW: The Bruins will host Bedford next Friday, Sept 4 at Padua Stadium.
