The Cross Country teams competed in the Vermilion Cross Country Invitational on Saturday with freshman Arianna Codispoti winning the Girls Varsity race with a time of 20:54.43!

The Girls team finished in 3rd place overall with their top five runners finishing in the top 40.  The Boys team finished in 6th place overall with their top five runners finishing in the top 50 on Saturday. 

Girls meet results:

• Arianna Codispoti - 1st place
• Leah Panteck - 17th place
• Amanda Ocilka - 26th place
• Violet Eiskamp - 34th place
• Emerson Bodamer - 39th place

Boys meet results:

• Logan Russell - 21st place
• Lucak Pickel - 27th place
• Ian Ketvertis - 28th place
• David Norton - 45th place
• Matthew Golias - 46th place

The Cross Country team returns to action next weekend in the Milt Place XC Festival hosted by Medina High School.
