The Wrestling team defeated Revere 50-24 on Senior Night.
The Bruins won nine matches on the evening by the following wrestlers:
- Evan Heinz (106#) tech fall 18-2
- Bryden Spellacy (120#) tech fall 17-2
- Tim Rains (132#) fall in third period
- John LoFaso (138#) fall in first period
- Joe Belfiore (157#) major decision 12-2
- Jimmy Zarzeczny (175#), Nick Kelly (190#), Mason Harshman (215#) and Bo Barney (285#) each won by forfeit
The Padua Wrestling program recognized their six senior wrestlers and parents prior to the match for their contributions to the Wrestling program during their careers :
Davey Bania, Bo Barney, Joe Belfiore,
Cyrus Czerwinski,
Tyler Petti and Jimmy Zarzeczny
The Bruins return to action next weekend as they compete in the North Coast Conference tournament at Lake Catholic.
