The Baseball team defeated Alliance 5-0 on Thursday to win their 17th OHSAA District title in school history.  

Jack DeGeeter tossed a complete game shutout, scattering 5 hits with 7 strikeouts.  Michael Reis led the offense with 2 hits, 2 runs scored and an RBI.  Chase Martin also had 2 hits and 2 RBI's plus John Park added 2 RBI's.  

Padua advances to next week's OHSAA Regional tournament.  The Bruins will take on Sylvania Southview on Monday at Crushers Stadium in Avon at 5pm.
