The Football team defeated Bedford 35-6 on Friday at Padua Stadium to earn their first victory of the season. The Bruins had contributions from all three phases of the game.

Maks Karasek opened the scoring with 7 yard touchdown run. Jack Boswell followed that with an interception for a touchdown on Bedford's next drive.  Padua scored in multiple ways in the second quarter with two safeties, Boswell touchdown reception from Donavin Friscone, Trey Gasparro kick return for a touchdown and Aiden Relic field goal to lead 33-0 at halftime. The Bruins added another safety in the fourth quarter to clinch the victory.  

Padua returns to action next Friday when they travel to Sandusky to take on the Blue Streaks.
