The Baseball team opened NCC play on Monday with a 7-0 victory over NDCL.  With the win, the Bruins improve to 5-0 on the season. 

Chase Martin led the way on the mound with 5 shutout innings, allowing just one hit with 11 strikeouts. Jose Caban closed out the game with 2 shutout innings and 3 strikeouts.

The Bruins had a balanced attack on offense led by Brendan Reilly with 2 hits and an RBI. 

Padua returns to action on Tuesday when they travel to NDCL.
