The Padua Athletic Department announced today that Head Coach Cal Jefferson has decided to retire from coaching after 19 years on the sideline, including 18 years as a head coach. Coach Jefferson has led the Padua Girls Soccer program for the past six seasons and has three seasons of 12 victories, plus a District Runner-up finish in 2022. "We greatly appreciate Coach Jefferson for his efforts leading the Girls Soccer program over the past six seasons," said Athletic Director Kevin Leigh '89. "He worked extremely hard to build the program and leaves the program in a much better place than when he started. We wish him the best in his coaching retirement!"
