The Baseball team defeated Barberton 11-7 on Tuesday in the OHSAA tournament and advances to the District Championship! The Bruins improve to 18-10 on the season with the victory.
Spencer Siedlecki led the way for the Bruins with 2 hits, 1 run scored and 3 RBI's. Siedlecki opened the scoring with an RBI single in the bottom of the first inning, then increased the lead with a two RBI double in the bottom of the sixth inning to clinch the win for Padua.

Padua advances to the District Championship game on Thursday at Medina HS. The Bruins will take on Gilmour Academy with first pitch at 1pm.
